Dear George,

The month of March, 2008, will go down in Capital Consulting Corporation’s (CCC) history as the busiest month we’ve every had—11 scientific meetings, and 14 publications efforts! Through all of this—and most of it was very last-minute—CCI enabled us to meet our extremely unrealistic deadlines by delivering excellent printed products within extremely limited time frames.

But instead of this example representing an unusual and stand-out month, rather, this example has been the standard of service CCI has been providing to us since its inception.

CCC considers CCI as one of us, an integral part of the services we offer to our clients, including the National Human Genome Research Institute, the National Cancer Institute, the National Eye Institute, and the Office of the Director, all of the National Institutes of Health. We are writing you today to commend CCI Printing & Graphic Solutions for their commitment to quality and excellence to the Center for Infant & Child Loss (CICL) at University of Maryland School of Medicine. The Center's mission is one unique in nature since we support Maryland families and communities experiencing the tragedy of sudden child loss. It has been important that our print materials reflect an image appropriate to the people we serve.

Over the past 10 years, CCI Printing & Graphic Solutions has consistently held high standards in regards to all of the print literature produced for the Center. George Carroll and the entire staff at CCI are always so pleasant to work with, which makes our job easier. Their designers are top notch and have helped to convey our message through ideal print pieces promoting the Center and various events held each year. Most recently the CICL had a new brochure and development package created and CCI was awarded the print job based on their quality of products suggested and competitive pricing. As a non-profit 501 (c) (3) agency which serves the state of Maryland, we are held to standards in regards to efficiency, competitive pricing, and products delivered in a timely manner. It is important to note that CCI Printing & Graphic Solutions had always met these standards at 100%! Many times we have needed materials rushed and CCI has produced them.

The Center for Infant and Child Loss also has a community Advisory Board that George Carroll has been a part of for the past 5 years. We applaud George for being an active member within this group and for providing his guidance to the CICL on community related issues at hand.
